Whatever he has said in his recent interview are brutal facts of this nation. One needs lots of guts to do so. In his opinion all these Indian politicians are a set of rogues and rascals and therefore must be shot dead who do not hold genuine love for the nation. All they care for is to keep their vote banks intact to be in power, divide the country for their vested interests. He believes strongly country is heading for a revolution.
He has always been outspoken in his views. So much so, he was even ordered by Supreme court of India to be present when he had aired his views on Indian judiciary through his blog that looked eligible for contempt of court. He had been warned not to do so again. Almost similar interview was given by prominent Supreme court lawyer, Ram Jethmalani who is as plucky as Justice Katju.
He has been on various key positions in India. he is the former chairman, press council of India, has served as a Judge at the SUPREME COURT OF INDIA, had served as chief justice of Delhi High Court, Madras High Court and Chief Justice of Allahabad High court.
