LANDMARK JUDGMENT OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA FOR THE CRICKET GAME...

BCCI HEAD, ANURAG THAKUR

Today, SC in all its wisdom removed the head of BCCI, Anurag Thakur and honorary sec. Ajay Shirke in its final verdict who had refused to pay heed to SC order.

The Honorable Apex Court had shown great patience giving all the time to BCCI to accept the recommendations of former Chief justice Lodha panel that were proposed for bringing about transparency in the richest cricket association of the world that was mired in series of corrupt practices especially match fixes..

Look at their sheer guts, BCCI headed by Anurag Thakur refused to follow panel's recommendations! Moreover, they disrespected the order of the supreme court of India that was given in July for BCCI to follow it immediately.

Honorary sec BCCI, Ajay Shirke

Everybody respects the judgment of SC in India since it is final and binding on everyone and there is no power whatsoever to overrule it on this soil. This remarkable verdict is a victory for the sports in India particularly the cricket and this ruling makes it clear that administrators do not own BCCI. They merely come and go.

Rebellious, Ajay Shirke and Anurag Thakur who were smartly refusing to accept Lodha panel recommendations and SC Judgment showing their helplessness on behalf of State Associations were shown the door eventually by SC today. The people who show impuissance to implement important recommendations have no right or business to be in positions. Bisan Singh Bedi, former Indian Cricket team captain, who has been too vocal against corruption in Indian Cricket Boards and being at the helm of this battle must be extremely happy today and lots of others who were looking forward to somehow implementation of transparency in our Cricket for that matter..
