PM PLAYS ANOTHER EMOTIONAL CARD OUTSIDE PARLIAMENT...
I can digest the statement of PM that the opposition is disrupting parliament because I can see that happening every day but I can not swallow what PM said in his rally that he is not being allowed to speak in parliament. Who can smother PM from speaking in parliament? None, there is literally none ! It is more or less a political statement from PM not the truth in order to trap the public in his favor emotionally.

The disruption by opposition is pretty common occurrence in the Parliament and Rajya Sabha both if you look at the history of Indian parliamentary proceedings. Though this tough stand is not used pretty often but It is the prerogative of opposition in the framework of democracy especially in a situation where the opposition strongly believes that the ruling party has adopted some policy or position that is not in the interest of the nation. BJP had done it on number of occasions while it was in opposition during Congress regime.
PM Modi is known to be a leader who fears none and he has proved this characteristic even when he was CM of Gujarat and during the general elections of 2014 by saying many things nobody said before. I need not go into those details. Even after assuming power as PM, he spoke couple of times against the judiciary that one would never expect coming from PM at least. As regards standstill parliament, the media and public have observed the nasty remarks coming from senior most parliamentarian, Lal Krishan Advani, who didn't spare anyone, yet the situation is same. None seems to have regard for such a senior leader in parliament.
In a deadlock like this one, PM must make sure that the Lok Sabha functions smoothly and that can only be possible when he himself decides to be in parliament which is the major demand of opposition during debate over demonetization. PM has often said to the nation that he works 16 to 18 hrs a day. Why can't he accept the demand of opposition like a challenge that he is going to face them in the parliament for as long as they want him to be there. Be it 24 hrs or more than that ! He is going to be present in Lok Sabha to listen to the grievances of all the opposition parties and answer every query that is asked during the debate.
I have observed, speaking on any issue or topic whatsoever related to politics is the easiest thing for PM. What he can comfortably do in Jan Sabha, why can't he do so in Lok Sabha?
To Run Parliament Is As Simple As That. isn't it? Hope, the message goes home!
