BANK MANAGER WHO REFUSED TO ACCEPT LEGAL BANKNOTES

My anger shot up instantly to watch the following video wherein a bank manager blatantly refuses to accept the deposit from an account holder in Rupee ten denominations which has supposedly gone viral online. I believe the said video clip has been recorded secretly and smartly to get the evidence on his side. I am sure the complainant must have formally made complaint against this bank manager who is misusing his authority saying things arrogantly that he is prepared to face the consequences if the complainant goes ahead filing complaint against him. The bank manager deserves to be punished under Indian laws to refuse valid Indian currency.
